Refund Policy

  • Refunds are accepted within 15 days of delivery. If past 15 days, unfortunately we can not issue a refund or exchange.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same package delivered in, same condition you received it, as well as unused.
  • Products currently in transit do not qualify for refund until delivered and shipped back to us.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

             -Any item not in its original condition.

             - Damaged or missing parts not due from our error.

  • Sale items that are returned will be refunded for the same amount as the sale price. Given that a receipt is provided.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed, email us at svongvay2@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
